Opis stanowiska:

OB SUMMARY This position provides users with support services for corporate standard technology products. The incumbent provides hardware and software troubleshooting, technical advice, and informal training to customers. This position organizes and coordinates activities for installing, deploying, and upgrading software, hardware, and network facilities. The incumbent troubleshoots and restores routine technical service and resolves equipment problems using established processes and procedures. This position successfully manages the deployment of Core Technology projects and initiatives. This position develops realistic and efficient plans that best utilizes the District TSG resources while reducing cost and enhancing our internal and external customers’ experience. The incumbent has a broad understanding technology and coordinates technical support of internal and external hardware and software, voice and wired and wireless networks. This position supports internal technologies and integrates UPS’s internal and external customers to help streamline processes through technology. This position manages others within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline - preferred)
• At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only) A+
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - nice to have
• CCENT Cisco Network Certification - nice to have
• Flexibility to travel Fluent communication skills in English
