Account Administrator with German / Administrator ds. Księgowości z niemieckim (AR)

This position is responsible for processing and insuring the accurate and timely allocation of received customer payments. She / he is responsible for providing customer service in the form of information and queries to allow proper allocation. Responsibilities also includes reconciliation of bank account to UPS systems, including adjustments, reversals and refunds.
The position may also have certain general accounting responsibilities as well, such as recording journal entries and maintaining spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
  • Processing of received customer payments via cheque, BACS, Credit Card
  • Sorting post
  • Perform data entry task into various systems
  • Provide customer service to external and internal customers via telephone or e-mail for all AR related questions
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of UPS systems
  • Reconciliation of UPS accounts
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Flexible approach on working hours to meet the need of the business
Qualifications:
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Good computing skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Time management skills
  • Very well organized
  • Regular attendance
